eema Award for Excellence
Every year at ISSE, the eema Award for Excellence in Secure Electronic Business is presented to a leading organisation within the ICT security field.
In 2008 the award will be presented to the user and vendor partnership that, in the eyes of the judging panel, have worked together on a successful project which has resulted in a ground-breaking e-Business security solution offering significant practical benefit, with benefits gained within the last 12 months.
Submissions for the award are being judged by an independent panel, comprising of leading unbiased experts in the field of ICT security. The award will be presented in partnership with Infosecurity magazine during the prestigious conference at this year's ISSE 2008, which will be attended by delegates, government representatives, exhibitors and press from across Europe.
Entries submitted should be no more than 500 words long and contain the following information in this order:
- Name of the project
- Name and contact details for the vendor involved
- Name and contact details for the user involved
- Total number of users and their location
- ICT Security technologies involved including product names and where on the web more information can be found
- Motivation for the projects
- Business objectives and their fulfilment
- Innovative aspects
- Rationale as to the project's suitability for the award
The deadline for your submission is Friday 12th September 2008.
