TeleTrusT Innovation Award 2008
Innovative companies can now apply for the TeleTrusT Innovation Award 2008. The best chance to get the price have organisations offering IT-applications with integrated security. Thus they lead the way in eCommerce and contribute to the diffusion of trustworthy applications.
TeleTrusT awards the Innovation Award annually at the conference “Information Security Solutions Europe” ISSE in front of the assembled ICT security expert community. ISSE 2008 takes place from October 7th to 9th at the Conference Center of the Melia Avenida America Hotel Madrid, in the heart of the Spanish capital.
The price is designed for European companies that have developed or self apply innovative and trustworthy information technology, software or online-services for electronic business applications in commerce and administration. An international jury selects the laureate on the basis of the following criteria:
- Is the security level adequate for the security need of the application?
- Are the security functions an integral part of the offered or used product?
- Are the security functions transparent and user friendly for the user?
- Is the application interoperable, ideally with European scope
- Does the application add to the economic stability of the company?
